Well, day 1 has come and gone, and day 2 is underway. We flew out of Charlotte at 6:00 am and had a short layover in Atlanta, and then landed in Orlando at 9:30 am. We ended up getting to the resort before any of Andrew's family. After everyone arrived, we checked in, but our room wasn't ready yet. We were all hungry to we went over to Downtown Disney for some lunch. We at at the Earl of Sandwich, and it was very good. We walked around DTD until Andrew and I were so tired we couldn't stand it, he and I headed back to the resort to see if the room was ready. It wasn't, so we sat on the couches in the lobby and Andrew took a nap. I tried, but it just wasn't happening. Our room was finally ready at 3:00, so we went over there. The room is really nice. It is a 3 bedroom villa, so we all get our own rooms. Andrew and I took a nap before we had to leave for dinner. Dinner was at the Crystal Palace at the Magic Kingdom.
It is a character dinner, so we ate dinner with Winnie the pooh, Tigger, Piglet and Eeyore. I was busy taking pictures of Maggie with the Characters, with the MIL's camera, we didn't get our picture taken with any of the characters. Disney is so different when you are there with a kid. Andrew and I are not used to this at all. Here we are at dinner, all of the food was very yummy!
After dinner we walked around the Magic Kingdom.
We rode a a few rides, but we were back at our room before 10:00 pm. Needless to say, we went straight to bed, and slept until 11:00 this morning! When I woke up, and put my bathing suit on and went straight to the pool. After a few hours, I came back to the room and got ready. We have dinner reservations in Japan at EPCOT tonight and I'm getting ready to leave now. So far, it has been a fun trip. I need to focus on taking more pictures. At the rate I'm going, I will have hardly anything to scrapbook.
After dinner we walked around the Magic Kingdom. 
They sure do look good. I can't wait to get home and eat them. Yummy! There isn't much better than just off the vine tomatoes.
My company has an office in AL, and that is where I would be spending the next 3 DAYS! That's right! I will be here until Thursday. I am the kind of girl who likes things planned out, and this was not planned. I had to book a flight, rental car, and hotel rooms all before leaving for the airport at 2:30 pm. It's a good thing I live close to my office. I ran home at lunch and packed my bag very quickly. I also had to make sure that what I was supposed to normally do this week, was taken care of. (Thanks Sarah!) When we got to the Charlotte Airport, the check in for NWA was ridiculous! Nobody knew what was going on, and when we finally got to the front of the line, we were told we had to check in with US Airways! What! Well, our original flight had a layover in Memphis, TN, and apparently that flight had been delayed out of Memphis, so they booked us on a non-stop straight to Huntsville! I guess it was worth the wait in line, since there was good news. We got to Huntsville 3 hours earlier than we would have! After getting our luggage, finding the rental car, and checking into the hotel, George and I went for dinner. We had Mexican, and it was pretty good. There is a one hour time difference here, and by 9:00 I was tired, since I normally go to be around 10:00. We had to be up and at the office by 7:00 this morning, but that is where the time difference helps out, since I really didn't have to wake up any earlier than I normally would have. So, today had been full of sorting and filing, and organizing (That is what I'm doing down here). They took us to lunch at a place called Tommy's Pizza. It was very good. We ordered a whole pizza to share between 5 people, and it was seriously 3 feet wide. After lunch it was back to work sorting, filing, and organizing...fun...fun...fun... I am back in the hotel room, and I even brought some work with me to do back here. What else am I going to do?
