For the past 2 years, I have planted a little vegetable garden using 5 gallon buckets. Every year, I have great results, so once again, I am planting a little garden on my deck. On Saturday, I went to Lowe's and bought some Tomato, Squash, and Zucchini plants. I haven't had much luck with bell peppers or cucumbers, so I stick with what works. I also had the tops of two pineapples, so I planted those as well. I'm not sure I will ever get any fruit, but it will be neat to see. I will update every few weeks on the size of my plants, and how many veggies I'm getting off of each plant. For now, here are a few pictures of my little garden.

what an awesome idea, katie!! we keep talking about and planning our garden.... but it still has yet to happen. if we're gonna do it this year, we need to get on it!!
